The Esthetician will also engage in retail sales and product demonstrations to enhance client experiences and promote our product lines. Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations. Offer excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client needs effectively. Assist with retail sales by recommending products during appointments and conducting product demos. Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments. Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product offerings through ongoing education. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon environment. Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is highly desirable. Skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and hospitality are considered valuable assets. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear consultation and guest engagement.
