Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Mechanical Project Coordinator located in Toronto, ON. The Junior Mechanical Project Coordinator will assist in coordinating mechanical retrofit and plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements. The daily tasks include preparing and updating project schedules, providing technical support to the team, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role also involves assisting in managing project budgets, documentation, and reports while supporting senior team members in delivering successful project outcomes. Qualifications Proven skills in project coordination, project scheduling, and task management. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, and building codes. Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to assist in troubleshooting project issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports. Diploma or Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred. Willingness to work on-site in Toronto, ON, with a focus on safety and compliance.
