Responsibilities Perform various massage techniques including craniosacral therapy and deep tissue massage tailored to client needs. Assess clients'' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment procedures. Keep accurate records of treatments provided. Uphold professional standards and adhere to health regulations. Promote wellness services offered by the clinic. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Valid massage therapy certification or license for Alberta. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse clients. Prior experience in massage therapy is preferred.
