The Mission: Drive Growth & Deliver Excellence As our Account Executive, you are the face of Ocean Star LTD. You aren''t just a ''vendor''you are a strategic partner to chefs, procurement managers, and business owners across Ontario. Hunt & Gather: Identify and close new business opportunities across restaurants, hotels, fast-food chains, and retail. Cultivate: Manage and upsell our existing portfolio of loyal customers, ensuring they always have the best cuts and the freshest catch. The Road is Your Office: You''ll be primarily in the field, meeting clients where the action happens. (Note: You''ll check in at our home base 34 times a week to sync with the team). Expert Consultation: Use your deep knowledge of seafood and meat products to help clients optimize their menus and inventory. The Profile: Who You Are We aren''t looking for ''order takers.'' We are looking for closers who pride themselves on their professional presence and industry expertise. The Food Pro: You have a rock-solid background in the food industry. You know the difference between a Prime Rib and a Striploin, and you can talk Sockeye vs. Atlantic Salmon without breaking a sweat. The Sales Veteran: You have a proven track record of hitting targets. You''re organized, disciplined, and you thrive on the road. The Professional: You show up dressed for success.
