Barista & Front of House Staff: Aroma Espresso Bar @179 Enterprise Blvd, Markham ON L6G 0E7 Full time Overview of Barista & Front of House Position: This is your opportunity to hone the craft of being an expert-level barista As a Barista & Front of House Staff at aroma espresso bar, you are primarily responsible for crafting superior-quality espresso-based beverages and other drinks, while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, demonstrating a strong knowledge of coffee, and our drink and food menu, operating the cash/POS, dispatching orders, and paying strong attention to details to ensure our customers receive a top-quality experience. Qualifications: Acting as an ambassador of the brand: always being courteous and professional while assisting our guests with friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting communication Previous experience working in customer service or as a barista would be given preference . Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work efficiently and respectfully with other team members. Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail and presentation is key. A passion great coffee, fresh food and for serving customers. A positive attitude Availability to work flexible hours, including early opening and late closing of the cafe, weekends and holidays as business requires.
