Duties Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to client preferences Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to clients'' needs and offering professional recommendations Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client experience and salon revenue Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships Stay updated on current trends and techniques in hair styling to deliver innovative looks Assist in maintaining a positive salon atmosphere that promotes teamwork and professionalism Experience Previous experience as a barber or stylist is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and finishing styles Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to personal care services Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about hairstyling and dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences.
