With over 19 dealership and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, Washington, and California, the Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well In the position of Service Advisor, reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being the critical link between our customers and shop, listening to customer concerns, assessing their needs as well as keeping them informed on the progress of their repair. You will be accountable for: Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles. Answering phone calls and assisting walk-up customers. Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition. Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete. Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians. Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards. Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered. Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services. Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases. To be successful in this role, you must have: A valid driver''s license and clean driver abstract. High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred however, we are willing to train the right individual. DMS experience, specifically PBS is considered an asset. Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management. Strong computer skills. Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skills.
