Parts and Service Advisor As one of the region''s largest boat dealers, Buckeye Marine is proud to be looking for two energetic and hard-working individuals to join our parts and service teams. Due to growth in service volume, we are adding these full-time advisors to our team. The successful candidates must: have exemplary customer service skills have superlative communication skill have an understanding of engines, with previous experience in a marine, powersports, automotive or farm equipment dealership being an asset have a keen ability to keep both our customer accessories area and parts storage facilities organized show proficiency in tracking, stocking, inventory control, and accounting for parts be able to adapt to different work environments including front counter, back counter and receiving desk have a solid understanding of computers with an ability to utilize electronic parts catalogues - LIGHTSPEED software experience preferred have an eye for merchandising and suggesting new and exciting accessories products would be an asset be aligned with our company values: Integrity, Teamwork, Financial Stability and Performance want to participate with our team in the consistent betterment of our workplace culture The successful individual must possess strong organizational skills, be able to communicate effectively both internally & externally and strive to always be a positive, constructive team member Responsibilities Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service by assisting customers with all inquiries and orders via telephone, email, text, social media etc. Manage inventory control by stocking and organizing parts efficiently Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Utilize communication skills to negotiate and fulfill customer needs effectively Maintain accurate records and assist with accounting tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction Why Buckeye Marine?
