Job Summary We are thrilled to be opening our brand-new flooring showroom and we''re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Coordinator to support our operations. This role is responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking inventory and ensuring timely and accurate procurement of flooring materials and related products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and works closely with sales and warehouse teams. Duties Calculate and create purchase orders with vendors for flooring materials, accessories and supplies. Place and track purchase orders and backorders for flooring materials, accessories and supplies. Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability and lead times. Track discontinued items and ensure inventory is up to date Review order confirmations to ensure accuracy Requirements Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP systems (similar to RFMS) is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
