Job Description FLINT is seeking Labourers with sparkwatch and construction experience in oil and gas industry for a temporary role in Fort McMurray, AB, starting March 17, 2026, until April 13, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 17 Days in / 7 Days out schedule (subject to change), 12-hour workdays, camp arrangement, flights provided, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Qualifications Minimum 2 years'' experience in oil and gas industry Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: OSSA Regional Orientatio or BSO CSTS-2020 H2S Alive Gas Testing Confined Space - Monitor Fire Watch/Spark Watch Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Must have own reliable transportation to site. Valid driver''s license and clean 5-year Driver''s Abstract with under 6 demerits. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
