Assist and service technicians to keep productivity in the shop flowing smoothly and efficiently Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves to ensure product availability and easy access. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate sales transactions, cash handling, and order fulfillment. Maintain detailed records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track inventory levels, order history, and repair logs. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair, automotive service, or dealership environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and automotive repair techniques. Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CMMS or similar platforms. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management and order processing. Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales transactions and inventory calculations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic math skills are desirable for data tracking and reporting tasks. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with courteous phone etiquette.
