Constantly growing, our Toronto branch is currently looking for an individual to join our team to fill the position of : SERVICE ADVISOR - MACHINE SHOP A concret overview of your daily role Create documentation for rebuild engine components (cylinder heads- Connecting Rods - Blocks - Injectors - Turbos); Quote and advise customers on the repairs; Upsell by quoting and selling repair project related engine parts; Follow up with the technicians needs (parts -tools); Communicate with customers and update the repair status; Answer phone calls and emails and provide technical support. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 2-3 years work experience in similar duties is mandatory; A combination of relevant experience and education may also be considered. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE Proven ability in sales and customer service; Autonomy and professionalism; Exceptional communication and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; A positive, self-motivated, team player with attention to detail; Technical knowledge specific to heavy equipment engines would be an asset.
