Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and detail-driven Pizza Artist to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate loves working with dough, understands the craft of great pizza, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and portion ingredients for service (sauces, toppings, cheese, dough) Stretch, shape, and build pizzas with speed and consistency Execute menu items to spec, including proper portioning and presentation Manage oven timing and temperatures to ensure perfect bakes (crust, melt, char) Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to support smooth service flow Assist with prep, restocking, and end-of-shift cleaning duties as needed Qualifications Experience in a pizza kitchen, line cook role, or similar fast-paced food environment Comfortable working with dough (stretching, portioning, proofing is a plus) Strong sense of timing, consistency, and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude Food Safe certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us If you take pride in your craft, love the energy of a busy kitchen, and want to be part of a team that cares about quality, we''d love to meet you.
