What You''ll Be Doing Safely operate a skid-steer, telehandler, front-end loader and excavator to support production and material handling. Assist in day to day maintenance tasks on a mobile crushing plant, including plant break downs, setups and moves. Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance. Load materials efficiently to meet production and quality targets. Communicate effectively with team members while following all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. What Are We Looking For Proficient in operating heavy equipment with strong situational awareness. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operating procedures. Capable of performing basic equipment checks and reporting issues promptly. Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in various outdoor conditions. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Plant moves across Southern Alberta and moves every 3-4 months. LOA and Accommodations are provided when plant is more than 1 hour away from Calgary cooperate limits.
