We are looking for someone who has a experience in, and passion for interior design, is goal oriented, appreciates the limitlessness of commission sales and is excited about not only achieving sales targets, but exceeding them. We are seeking someone who is independent, flexible, reliable and has and eye for design and is interested in a combination of both inside and outside sales. *Note - Salary plus commission may be negotiable depending on experience. Responsibilities: Engage and build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on tile selection and interior design. Showcase our extensive product range, highlighting the features, benefits and versatility of each collection. Generate sales leads, actively prospecting new clients, and following up on potential business opportunities. Drive sales by meeting and exceeding monthly targets. Conduct product presentations to educate clients about our offerings. Follow up on client leads, inquiries and ongoing projects diligently. Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge and competitor analysis. Utilize social media platforms to proactively generate leads, engage clients and introduce them to our products. Qualifications: Previous experience in the sales and interior design industry, preferably within the tile and/or interior design sector. Highly motivated and goal oriented with passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer demands. Reliable, punctual, ensuring consistent follow-up with clients. Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Quickbooks, Sketchup and Photoshop is preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms for business purposes. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships. Exceptional command of the English language both written and verbal. Must be available to work weekends.
