We are WSP. The Opportunity Your Impact As our Quality Lead for the Energy group in WSP Canadas ERI Sector, you will strengthen how we deliver consistent, high-quality work across complex projects. You will guide our Quality Management System (QMS), support audits, improve processes, and help embed a culture of excellence across the business. Our Energy subsector, a key component of WSPs ERI (Energy, Resources and Industry) sector, supports clients from coast to coast. From small installations to multi-phase integrated megaprojects, we support your upstream, midstream, or downstream oil and gas activities and energy transition markets at all stages of the project lifecycle, anywhere in the world. We are focused on providing design, engineering and environmental services that contribute to climate adaptation and mitigation, sustain the use and protection of water and marine resources, protect and restore biodiversity, and support our clients as they transition to low carbon solutions. Your Impact Lead and enhance the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 requirements. Plan and execute internal audits, support external audits, and ensure corrective actions are closed. Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with project, client, and regulatory standards. Identify areas for improvement using root cause analysis and quality tools. Advise project and operations teams on quality control and prevention of recurring issues. Provide quality inputs for proposals, bids, and client prequalification packages. Deliver QMS training and build a culture focused on continuous improvement. The Skills That Set You Apart 10+ years of experience in quality management within consulting or engineering design environments. Recognized ISO 9001 Quality Auditor certification. Experience in the Nuclear industry with CSA N299 and CSA N285 an asset. Strong knowledge of QMS principles, risk-based thinking, and quality methodologies. Experience supporting internal and client audits. Ability to interpret and communicate quality metrics, KPIs, and findings. Collaborative approach and comfort working with technical and leadership teams. English fluency; French is an asset. Ability to travel occasionally when required. Why Choose WSP? Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $112,900 $155,400 MB & ON: $112,100 $154,400 NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 $147,400 Disclosure The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
