Role Description The AVP, Global Service Delivery Manager will oversee the efficient delivery of services across global operations and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising service delivery teams, maintaining operational excellence, and leading process improvements. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to meet performance targets, manage resources, and ensure compliance with established service-level agreements (SLAs).
