About the Role Snaplii is hiring a Head of Merchant Partnerships to lead and scale our merchant ecosystem. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a senior leadership position for someone who understands the mechanics of the gift card, prepaid, and payments ecosystem and enjoys working directly with merchants to build durable, long-term partnerships. The mandate is straightforward: expand Snapliis direct relationships with merchants, strengthen existing partnerships, improve unit economics through closer collaboration, and position Snaplii as a high-quality distribution and growth partner for North American retailers. This role is about working with more merchants, going deeper with key partners, and building a scalable merchant platform that benefits both Snaplii and the brands we work with. What youll do Define and lead the overall partnership strategy, with a focus on building direct, trusted connections with merchants. Deepen collaboration with key brands to secure better promotional structures, preferred rates, and long-term alignment. Align merchant incentives with Snapliis product and growth priorities, creating win-win partnerships that scale sustainably. GTM & Brand Growth: Partner with Marketing to design ''''Merchant-First'''' growth experiments, ensuring our partners see Snaplii not just as a channel, but as a strategic volume driver. Advisory & Consulting: (For independent consultants) Act as the strategic architect for our North American expansion, providing the bridge between product capabilities and merchant needs. Who You Are Industry Royalty: 510+ years of experience in the Gift Card (Closed-loop/Open-loop), Fintech, or Merchant Services industry.
