Overview The Corporate Initiatives Lead plays a central role in advancing cross-company initiatives on behalf of the CEO. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership, this role is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and driving strategic and operational initiatives that span multiple departments. This is not an administrative or executive assistant role. The Corporate Initiatives Lead operates with a high degree of autonomy and discretion and is trusted to engage directly with executives and internal stakeholders to move initiatives forward. Act as a central point of contact for corporate initiatives involving multiple departments. Track initiative milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular updates to executive leadership. Support the execution of strategic priorities by translating high-level direction into actionable next steps. Work on behalf of the CEO to advance assigned initiatives, including liaising with senior leaders. Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted ambassador of the CEO''''s office. Exercise delegated authority to obtain information, coordinate resources, and follow up on executive-level priorities. Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and recommendations for executive review and decision-making. Governance, Compliance & Corporate Support Support corporate governance, compliance, and internal coordination efforts as they relate to executive initiatives. Assist with executive-level projects involving legal, regulatory, HR, or corporate affairs considerations. Ensure initiatives are documented, tracked, and aligned with organizational policies and objectives. Process & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve cross-company coordination, workflows, and execution. Develop tools, trackers, and frameworks to support initiative management and reporting. Contribute to a culture of accountability, clarity, and follow-through across the organization.
