Why Join The Team? / Pourquoi rejoindre lquipe You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering leadership team and play a key role in delivering robust, producible hardware across major industrial programs, collaborating closely with operations and design teams. The team strengthens manufacturing solutions from early development through production, offering exposure to a wide range of processes and products. This onsite role is ideal for a candidate with the ambition to become a company-wide specialist in manufacturing turbomachinery hardware, from raw material to finished parts. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed on-site. What will your day-to-day look like / quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ? Functions include support to new program IPTs and international transitions (re-sourcing) for cost and producibility on various turbomachinery engine components. Provide support to customers such as engine programs, Campus 1/41, PWR, PWK, SPWAEC, PWM (internal producers), and manage supply. Lead and apply producibility standards for production readiness reviews, 3P events, Passports, MRL, RLPM, ESA and transition projects. Serve as the link between engineering, internal producers, and suppliers. Qualifications / Qualifications Required qualifications / Qualifications requises : DEC minimum in mechanical, aerospace, or automation engineering. Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant field. Baccalaureate in engineering. Preferred qualifications / Qualifications souhaites : Demonstrated and applied manufacturing experience on PWC components. Familiarity with the ESA process. Manufacturing knowledge and/or inspection experience. Functional proficiency with SAP. Quality assurance management experience. CATIA and Polyworks knowledge. Experience with quality investigation tools (PPAP, SPC, quality clinics, Pareto, Ishikawa diagrams, fault tree analysis). IPT (Integrated Product Team) experience and knowledge of PWCs transition (re-sourcing) process.
