You will be the primary advocate for Agile best practices, ensuring that cross-functional teams remain aligned, efficient, and focused on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet rigorous manufacturing standards.Salary$100,000 - $135,000/yearMain ResponsibilitiesAgile Leadership: Champion the adoption of Agile frameworks; facilitate all key ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Project Lifecycle Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create comprehensive project plans, manage resource allocation, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the vital link between software developers, QA teams, and business leadership to ensure technical outputs mirror business objectives.Risk & Quality Assurance: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor performance metrics to ensure application scalability and regulatory compliance.Mentorship & Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending new tools and mentoring team members to achieve professional growth.Must-Haves (Requirements)Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.Experience: Proven track record of managing application development projects from start to finish.Agile Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.Certifications: Valid PMP certification is required.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Nice to HavesExperience working within the Manufacturing industry.Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Advanced degrees or additional certifications in Change Management.Important Points to NoteWork Environment: This is a 100% in-office position (5 days a week). You will be expected to travel between the Brampton and Windsor locations (likely every other week).Flexibility: While there is some flexibility regarding travel schedules, regular presence at both sites is a mandatory requirement for this role.
