Our client, a leading organization in the Manufacturing sector, is looking for a dynamic leader to bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy.This is a high-impact role designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values the collaborative energy of an in-office culture.Role OverviewAs the Project Manager for Applications Development, you will lead the charge in managing the entire project lifecycle from initial conception to final deployment. You will be the primary advocate for Agile best practices, ensuring that cross-functional teams remain aligned, efficient, and focused on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet rigorous manufacturing standards.Salary$100,000 - $135,000/yearMain ResponsibilitiesAgile Leadership: Champion the adoption of Agile frameworks; facilitate all key ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Project Lifecycle Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create comprehensive project plans, manage resource allocation, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the vital link between software developers, QA teams, and business leadership to ensure technical outputs mirror business objectives.Risk & Quality Assurance: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor performance metrics to ensure application scalability and regulatory compliance.Mentorship & Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending new tools and mentoring team members to achieve professional growth.Must-Haves (Requirements)Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.Experience: Proven track record of managing application development projects from start to finish.Agile Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.Certifications: Valid PMP certification is required.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Nice to HavesExperience working within the Manufacturing industry.Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Advanced degrees or additional certifications in Change Management.Important Points to NoteWork Environment: This is a 100% in-office position (5 days a week). Our client believes in the power of face-to-face collaboration.Travel Requirements: This role involves bi-weekly travel. You will be expected to travel between the Brampton and Windsor locations (likely every other week).Flexibility: While there is some flexibility regarding travel schedules, regular presence at both sites is a mandatory requirement for this role.
