GlassRatner Executive Search is partnering with eTracks Tire Management Systems (eTracks) to appoint its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a rare opportunity to lead an organization where strong leadership directly influences environmental outcomes, customer trust, and system performance across Ontario. eTracks is a federally incorporated not-for-profit (est. 2017) created by the Tire and Rubber Association of Canada (TRAC), its sole member, to support obligated tire producers under Ontarios Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act (RRCEA). As Ontarios largest tire Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO), eTracks delivers compliance and tire recovery solutions in a competitive, market-based environment, with potential expansion plans in the future. The incoming CEO will lead eTracks within Ontarios regulated tire Individual Producer Responsibility (IPR) framework. The mandate is to provide continuous improvement in reliability across the province-wide service ecosystem, deliver performance against collection targets, and strengthen the operating discipline that supports consistent outcomes. You will lead a dedicated team and represent the organization across key stakeholders, including regulators, government, obligated producers, and contracted service providers. Leading senior relationships with RPRA and key government stakeholders Building strong relationships with customers to support retention and confidence in eTracks delivery model. Overseeing a province-wide, outsourced operating ecosystem of carriers and processors ensuring service reliability, performance measurement, and cost discipline. Ensuring management reporting and operating data inform decisions, cost drivers, and performance improvement. Partnering with the Board through disciplined reporting, risk visibility, and sound recommendations In order to be considered, you will possess the following: Senior executive leadership experience (CEO/President/COO/GM/Executive Director or equivalent) with operational and financial accountability. Senior leadership experience in supply chain and logistics, ideally within transportation or other networked service delivery models (partner/vendor ecosystems). Success in regulated, multi-stakeholder environments, leading with credibility and sound judgment. A practical, metrics-led operating style and ability to drive accountability and results. Strong communication, diplomacy, and relationship-building capability. Commercial discipline, including budget stewardship, understanding cost drivers, and supplier/contract management. Exposure to producer responsibility models (EPR/IPR) or regulated environmental programs is an asset; board/committee experience is also an asset.
