If youre passionate about efficiency, thrive in leadership roles, and are excited to build capacity for growth, wed love to hear from you.The RoleAs our Senior Operations Manager, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations while driving innovation and continuous improvement. Youll oversee key processes, manage a dynamic team, and help shape the future of Fed by mentoring and empowering team members to excel. Knowledge and implementation of a CFIA food safety program is a requirement for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory, procurement, and sourcing for non-food products.Oversee facility organization and sanitationOversee and maintain CFIA food safety programOversee equipment maintenance to ensure seamless daily operations.Lead and manage operational staff across meal assembly and logistics teams.Develop and implement new operational initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.Collaborate closely with senior kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient coordination across all teams.Address and resolve operational challenges with creative problem-solving.Perform additional duties as required to support the organizations success.What Were Looking ForProven experience managing or coordinating dynamic teams.A positive, driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to new tools and systems.Self-motivated, empathetic, and approachable leadership style.3+ years of experience in people management.Knowledge and implementation of a CFIA food safety programA willingness to learn and grow to meet evolving job requirements.Experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is a strong asset.Why Join Fed?At Fed, youll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your ideas and contributions truly matter.
