Job Title

Looking for a disability support worker or an RN to help this client. He has a mental disability, autism and diabeties. He known how to administer his medication but he will need prompting on how many units to take and he will need help with medication reminders. He also requires someone to prepare healthy food for him on the times I am gone. He known how to take a shower in his own and get dressed he is very simple, he is non verbal but can answer yes or no questions. He likes when you tell him what he is doing ahead of time. Im also looking for someone to possibly take him out on outings when Im not here. He likes to go to the mall , movie theatre, museum or go for walks. He is so simple. I need some help I am planning to go on a trip in May for 1 week I will also need someone to come for a couple hours 3 to 5 hours max a day . I need someone with a vehicle, diploma, police record check vulnerable section, 3 references and has some experience. He is on direct funding . Please contact seriously inquiries please.
