About the opportunity: The Associate Revenue Growth Manager Data & Analytics will support the design, development and maintenance of analytical solutions, focused on data visualization, accuracy and end-user experience, with the goal of providing valuable and actionable business insights on the different Revenue Growth Management levers performance and business KPIs to drive profitable revenue growth. Reporting to the Manager Data & Analytics this role is a highly technical and analytical position that is critical on our continued journey to provide high level of RGM Analytics to our Commercial partners. The attributes we are looking for:Support the design, maintenance and improvement of the RGM Ecosystem RevIQ (new customized tool at Lactalis).Lead the internal tools connection to RevIQ environment with the goal to automate and standardize to maximize end users experience and align with internal business need.Support the creation, development and maintenance of key tools not covered by RevIQ amongst the team using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.Ensure accuracy of RevIQ data and Internal RGM tool environment with comprehensive policies, processes and tracking creation.Support the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.Work with each stakeholder to determine reporting requirements that will be consistent amongst the RGM team and Division.Act as an Analytics Reporting advocate working closely with key stakeholders/champions throughout the business.Conduct end-user experience training and report/dashboard walkthroughs.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to navigate and influence across the organization. What you will bring:Bachelors degree in a Business, Statistics, IT, or related discipline. 3-4 years of experience within an analytics role, focusing on authoring reports and dashboards for corporate performance. Business experience, in CPG, preferably in FMCG and Revenue Growth Management is an important asset.Experience working with Industry specific tools such as RGM Ecosystem or TPO (Trade Promotion Optimization) and shopper tools (AC Nielsen, IRI, Dunnhumby, etc.).Advanced skills with Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI).Strong analytical skills, with an ability to distil information with strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
