Role Description This is a fulltime onsite role based in Mississauga, ON, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for sales growth. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding customer needs, managing the sales process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. The role also involves collaborating with team members to address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve inquiries. Selfmotivated and proactive approach to find, engage and close sales. Must be comfortable in cold calling and finding new leads. Proficiency in sales and sales management to drive business growth and manage sales processes efficiently. Experience in training to guide and support team members or customers when required. Proactive problemsolving abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
