The Opportunity We are seeking a Vice President, Operations to drive the next phase of operational excellence and scalability. This role is ideal for a proven operations executive who thrives on building systems, teams, and supplier partnerships that enable high-growth organizations to scale efficiently and profitably. As VP, Operations, you will serve as the crucial bridge between strategic vision and operational execution. You will oversee daytoday operations, implement new processes, strengthen our supply chain partnerships, and lead change management initiatives that support PSIs continued expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize all aspects of PSIs operational performance, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and customer support. Build and develop strategic supplier and partner relationships to ensure sustainable, scalable growth. Mentor and coach a highly technical management team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Standardize operational processes and implement bestinclass practices for quality, safety, and efficiency. Drive crossfunctional initiatives that support PSIs rapid revenue growth including U.S. expansion, systems integration, and team scaling. Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans. Provide daytoday leadership that reflects PSIs culture of handson excellence and customer focus. Ideal Candidate Profile 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex engineering, manufacturing, automation, or related industrial environments. Proven success leading operational transformation and scaling initiatives in highgrowth organizations. Strong background in supply chain management, production planning, and resource optimization. Experience integrating acquired businesses or divisions is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership and communication skills able to mentor both emerging and experienced technical professionals. Strategic thinker with a practical, executiondriven mindset. Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline is required. Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt), PMP (Project Management Professional), are highly desirable. P.Eng. designation, demonstrating strong technical credibility and understanding of engineering governance. Why Join PSI?
