Following a landmark inaugural season with 100+ participants, we are seeking a visionary Head of Pickleball Ops to lead the growth of our newest division. The Role As the Head of Pickleball Ops, you will be the primary architect of this divisions future. You will build upon our early momentum to scale offerings, professionalize operations, and deliver an elite experience to our members. The Role Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Drive the expansion of pickleball into new demographics, age groups, and geographic regions. Facility Relations: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with premier clubs and athletic facilities. Lifecycle Management: Manage player recruitment, registration workflows, and outreach efforts. Operational Oversight: Ensure high levels of player satisfaction through seamless day-to-day league management. Event Leadership: Direct and facilitate 23 signature tournaments annually. Development: Identify and secure corporate sponsorships and organizational partnerships. Who You Are Are you a motivated, resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
