Job Description

This is a place where people can flourish and grow their careers.In this HR-aligned role, you will support employees through **return-to-work planning**, **WCB claim coordination**, and **wellness-focused practices**, while also contributing to organization-wide safety initiatives. Youll be supported by a collaborative and accessible leadership team invested in your growth. This role works closely with the People Resources team and is supported by the Manager of Wellness and Administration. * Post-secondary education in Human Resources, health, business, or a related field.* **CPHR Candidate designation preferred** (or interest in pursuing).* Strong administrative, communication, and critical-thinking skills.* Knowledge of Manitoba safety legislation, accessibility standards, WCB processes, and return-to-work practices.* Microsoft Office proficiency.* A valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.* You value collaboration and enjoy working with a team.* You find purpose in helping others feel safe, supported, and able to succeed at work.* You communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.* You thrive in a role that requires organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.* You build trust and rapport easily with employees at all levels.* You are reflective, open to feedback, and committed to professional growth.Since 1974, DASCH has been a leading Winnipeg-based organization supporting people with intellectual disabilities.
