Vous travaillerez en troite collaboration avec le directeur de succursale et aiderez tablir une succursale rentable grce votre direction, vos connaissances en matire de service et d''entretien et votre gestion des affaires. Ce parcours vous permettra d''accder un poste de gestion chez United Rentals, le plus grand loueur d''quipement du monde. What You''ll Do Motivate, coach and train technicians to exceed time & quality standards and comply with standard repair and maintenance processes Staff location adequately based on skills and workload Responsible for R&M, P&L and associated costs/budget Lead, plan, measure and continuous improvement of all service and maintenance performance metrics Oversee parts department activities, to ensure optimal customer service, technician/shops/productivity and cost control Evaluate performance and promotability of team members. Identify and provide necessary skills training and regular coaching Promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, exemplary personal compliance, accountability and communication Other duties assigned as needed Requirements High School diploma required; trade-school degree a plus; bachelor''s degree preferred Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record Extensive Equipment Fleet Maintenance and leadership experience 5 years'' service and maintenance experience and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience Strong motivational and leadership skills Excellent customer service skills Strong knowledge of maintenance accounting and P&L Basic computer skills (Excel) Language Requirement: Fluent in French and English written and spoken This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals'' policies and procedures.
