Your Opportunity Our Rockland office is looking for an Administrative Professional . This replacement role requires you to be in the office 100% of the time, and you will own the following responsibilities: Provide administrative support to a group of Partners including all incoming and outgoing communications, calendar management, and acting as the gatekeeper for external and internal contacts Provide assistance at reception Ensure all documents and deliverables are properly edited prior to being sent to clients Provide coverage for other support staff during vacations, illness and other absenteeism as requested by the Admin manager Photocopy and file important documents such as reports, meeting notes, emails, letters; assist with client mailouts and other general admin and clerical duties as assigned Serve as point of contact for clients to address issues related to billing and document travel Lead client invoices, databases and meeting coordination Lead workflow software/systems including tracking and reporting Assist with Partner expense reports Provide administrative support to multiple Partners and staff within the office, including calendar management and inbox prioritization Client interaction to support information requests and follow-ups Assist with billing, collections and processing of A/R and A/P Success in Your Role You demonstrate BDO''s core values through all aspects of your work: Integrity, Respect and Collaboration You understand your clients industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality work You identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients You contribute to an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains, and attracts talent You participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace You grow your expertise through learning and professional development Your Experience and Education You have 2 years of working experience in an Administrative or similar role You have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education Prior working experience at a professional services firm is considered a strong asset You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) You have the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks You can work in a deadline-driven environment and handle confidential information You have strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills both written and oral You value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work Pay Range: $45,000 - $48,000/annum Why BDO?
