ABOUT THE JOB: Our collections specialists are experienced customer service agents with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage objectives, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING: Actively collects open AR balances by contacting customers, directs the activities of other Field personnel to actively collect open AR balances. Updates the Get Paid AR collection system including customer contact information, notes on status of open AR accounts, payment promises, customer disputes, escalation for inclusion in the AR Specific Reserve, repossession review, referral to Legal, write-off, etc. Responds to customer inquiries providing required assistance or directing the customer''s issue to the appropriate person who can resolve it Acts as a liaison between the Field personnel and Corporate/Regional/Area management regarding the review and timely resolution of disputes assigned to the Field. Participates in monthly meetings between Regional Leadership and Corporate Accounting/Finance regarding the status of Region''s AR Aging/Collection status and adequacy of the AR Specific Reserve. Reconciles accounts and perform administrative tasks/additional duties as assigned. Base Wage Range: $ $29.76 Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonus or commission.
