We''re proud of who we are and even prouder of where we''re headed Metergy office location is in Markham but will be moving to North York in Fall 2026 This position is unionized under Unifor Local Responsibilities: Administer metering Installation Inspection documentation Support PMs with assembly of SE04 packages Scheduling meter technicians and work Perform quality checks on controlled records and documentation and prepare installation inspection certificates Support Issuing Purchase Orders and process invoices for project managers Prioritize workload due to diversity of tasks which have varying levels of time sensitivities Mandatory position Level Testing when hiring new employees Support with contacting customers/site contacts for suite-access Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of INS department Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking hotels, flights, cars, restaurant reservations Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Liaison between INS and MDM/OPS for monitoring and tracking partials (attachment meeting actions) Support PMs with EPIT/EPS updates and maintenance Qualifications: High School Diploma Prior progressive experience in administration and/or scheduling is considered an asset Proficient computer skills in a variety of Microsoft applications Strong team player that creates key partnerships between teams Exceptional verbal and written communication Highly motivated, pro-active Excellent organizational skills required to manage numerous tasks on different projects at the same time Familiarity with Quality Management Systems is considered an asset Please note this is a 60 day, fixed-term contract opportunity This posting is for an existing vacancy Metergy does not use artificial intelligence (AI) to screen, assess, or select candidates Metergy''s recruitment process includes accommodation for applicants with disabilities.
