Job Description

The Data Integrity Coordinator is responsible for the accuracy, standardization and integrity of master data, including the integration of data with partner technologies and sub-systems. Primary responsibilities include: quality oversight and maintenance of all procurement system dictionaries; system and process development, testing and training; computer access management support; and liaison with affiliates for data integrity between systems. The Data Integrity Coordinator also supports system upgrade and enhancement activities with ICT and 3rd party providers. The role blends advanced system knowledge, database management and performance metrics in a complex purchasing environment. Advanced skills and proficiency in data management, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Meditech and inventory management systems and tools Advanced knowledge of hospital operations and governance Intermediate quality improvement knowledge, performance metrics Intermediate leadership competencies (teamwork, communications, innovative thinking) Time Management skills to prioritize task which are often competing for completion Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong customer service skills
