Be part of Canada''s largest automotive group Work in a performance-driven, people-focused culture Lead with autonomy, analytics, and empowerment Grow your career within a strong ''promote from within'' organization The Ideal Candidate: You should apply if you: Have proven experience as aParts Managerwithin a dealership environment Hold a validG Driver''s Licensein good standing Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing market Enjoy leading teams and driving results through strong processes Value collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and oversee all operations of the Parts Department Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory levels to ensure efficiency and availability Implement and maintain effective inventory control processes to minimize losses and maximize profitability Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance Deliver exceptional service to both internal departments and external customers Support customers in identifying and purchasing appropriate parts Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly Maintain high customer satisfaction scores at all times Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Parts Department staff Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and OEM partners Negotiate pricing and terms to support profitability and competitiveness Stay current on industry trends, systems, and new product offerings Monitor department performance against financial targets and KPIs Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control Ensure compliance with all company policies, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements Prepare accurate and timely departmental reports Implement and maintain departmental systems, schedules, and procedures Maintain strong profitability while keeping expenses under strict control Skills & Experience: Minimum3 years of Parts Management experiencein a dealership environment 3 years of experience as a Parts Advisor or Inventory Clerk(preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive parts and applications Proven leadership and people-management capabilities Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Experience with inventory management systems and OEM communication What We Offer: Competitive compensation package Lucrative performance-based bonus plan Comprehensive benefits program Ongoing training, development, and employee support programs Career growth and advancement opportunities across our dealership network Employee vehicle and service discount programs A commitment to work-life balance About Us: Dilawri Group of Companies represents83 dealerships nationwide, including23 dealerships in Ontario.
