Based out of Port Credit / Mineola / Mississauga, ON Part-time, Weekdays (Afternoons & Early Evenings) We are seeking a responsible, child-friendly Driver to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring children are safely transported from school to their scheduled enrichment activities and home. Youll also represent Qiddos values of safety, reliability, and care. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a passenger van to transport children between schools, activity partners, and designated drop-off locations. Maintain punctual, reliable, and consistent schedules. Ensure children are properly secured in seatbelts or booster seats as required. Provide a welcoming, friendly, and attentive environment for children during rides. Communicate promptly with parents and the Qiddo team about schedule changes, delays, or concerns. Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness. Follow all Qiddo safety protocols, including emergency procedures. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with families. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Ontario Class G license (Class F is a bonus) Clear driving record with no major violations. Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required (we will pay for this) First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Minimum 2 years of professional experience (school transport, childcare, rideshare, or similar). Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with children respectfully and kindly. Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to safety. Ability to lift and secure booster seats if required. Nice-to-Have Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, caregiving, etc.). Familiarity with the Port Credit / Mineola / Mississauga area. What We Offer $25 hourly pay for 2-3 hrs a day from Monday-Friday excluding holidays and PA days A consistent weekday schedule (no late nights or weekends required).
