Hi, Our families are looking for a nanny to join our established toddler bubble, as our current nanny is changing career. The nanny role is fulltime, live out, based at our apartment, 1 block from Kits Beach, and is for the care of one toddler Monday to Friday, who is joined by a second toddler on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The two little ones are both around 22 months old, they are family friends and are very sweet! We are an established nanny share and the kids enjoy each other''s company and have a similar routines and hobbies. Quick facts about the role: Starting early February (with flexibility on start date for right candidate) Live out 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, based at our household looking after our 23 mo boy fulltime (5 days/week) and an additional 22 mo girl part time (2 days/week) Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm with opportunities for flexibility for the right candidate Looking for considerate nanny, ideally with experience of caring for multiple infants at the same time (although not essential) CPR training and first aid training required Covid safety aware, and fully vaccinated Preference for local candidates A bit more about the role: Nanny would be based at our apartment with the kids, while the parents work from home. We are looking for someone to take care of our little boy during the daytime Monday to Friday 5 days a week. Care duties would include light meal preparation, reading books, taking him for beach walks, sensory and imaginative play, crafts, and light housekeeping (tidying up after yourself and the toddlers only). Our 23 month old boy will be joined by his 22 month old friend part time, 2 days a week. This is great for their socialization and adds variety to the week, they absolutely adore each other! The apartment is fully set up to accommodate two toddlers (including a double stroller, separate rooms for naps etc.). Pay is negotiable based on experience and training and we provide higher rates for nanny share days. We also believe in the importance of breaks and have a reasonable vacation and sick policy in place.
