As a Territory Manager, you will make direct end-user calls, primarily targeting machine shops, fabrication shops, and major MRO shops in a lucrative territory. You will experience a dynamic daily routine, with each day presenting new opportunities and challenges. Equipment Sales is a leading supplier of industrial tools specializing in abrasives and cutting tools in Canada. In 2023, A.C.T. joined PTSolutions, a division of Berkshire Tool Supply Group (BTSG). PTSolutions is one of the leading suppliers of cutting tools, MRO, and machinery, and is ranked in the Top 50 industrial distributors in the United States. Position Responsibilities: Making a business plan using A.C.T. Sales Department planning tools, (training provided). Execute the sales plan using A.C.T. go to market methods & strategies, (training provided). Working with our manufacturer reps to close new opportunities. Identify opportunities to install vendor-managed inventory solutions. Effectively work with all A.C.T. internal resources to support your go-to-market plan. Service and grow existing accounts and develop new prospect accounts. Sell A.C.T. product lines and achieve established sales and margin objectives. Assure timely completion of all sales administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Selling is your game sales success drives you. Must carry a valid Class 5 BC Drivers License and have a vehicle to travel within their territory. Previous industrial end-user sales success is an asset. Machining background and/or a knowledge of abrasives and cutting tools is an asset. Excellent communication and listening skills with an understanding of business fundamentals. Highly organized, motivated person with strong problem-solving skills who despises losing. Proficient use of Windows, and the Microsoft Office suite.
