The Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant & Office Generalist to support the CEO and leadership team while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, onsite environment and enjoys balancing executive support with operational and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Decision-Making Act as a primary support to the CEO, managing calendar, communications, and daily priorities Exercise sound judgment to make day-to-day decisions and escalate critical issues appropriately in the CEOs absence Represent the CEO internally on operational and administrative matters as needed Track CEO action items, commitments, and deadlines to ensure follow-through Execution & Coordination Translate leadership direction into clear next steps and coordinate execution across teams Ensure follow-ups are completed and blockers are flagged early Maintain visibility on key initiatives and operational priorities Office & Operational Oversight Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional and efficient work environment Coordinate vendors, facilities, office supplies, and internal logistics Support onboarding and offboarding logistics in collaboration with HR and IT Maintain organized records, documents, and internal systems What Were Looking For Experience 36 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager Proven ability to operate independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision Experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment (SaaS, technology, healthcare, or professional services preferred) Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred MBA or Masters degree in Business would be an asset Attributes Strong executive presence with a decisive, take-charge mindset Highly organized with exceptional follow-through Comfortable stepping into executive discussions with confidence and discretion Clear, structured communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Thrives in an onsite, high-accountability environment BoomerangFX is an equal opportunity employer.
