Part-Time Mothers Helper / Nanny & Household Support Field, Ontario (Near North Bay) Starting: Early January Child: Eli, 3.5 months old We are a warm, outdoors-loving family located just outside Field, Ontario, looking for a kind, patient, and experienced caregiver to support our family on a long-term basis. This role is primarily to support mom while she is home, allowing her time to rest, run errands, and manage household tasks with less pressure. Schedule Start with 12 days per week When dad is away for work, care would increase to daily support for 35 days at a time Some overnight support required during work trips Flexible hours (daytime focus) Responsibilities Helping care for our infant son (feeding, soothing, play, naps) Supporting mom while she is home Light household tasks (tidying, cleaning, dishes, laundry) Running occasional errands Helping maintain a calm, clean, supportive home environment Ideal Candidate Warm, loving, patient, and calm Genuine love for children and infant care experience Comfortable supporting a family rather than replacing a parent Trustworthy, reliable, and proactive Valid drivers license (preferred, for errands) Comfortable in a rural setting What We Offer Long-term, stable position Flexible scheduling Supportive, respectful family environment Competitive hourly rate - $22-$28/hour (based on experience) If this sounds like a good fit, wed love to hear from you!
