Are you a nurturing and responsible individual with a passion for supporting families? Our family of four in Pickering, Ontario is seeking a dedicated nanny to join our team. This live-out position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional childcare and support to our family on a part time basis. We have two children (currently 1 and 3 yrs) who are both in local daycare. We are seeking an individual to work with us on a part time basis (schedule to be agreed together - tentatively Monday to Thursday from 2-6pm). Responsibilities to include meal prep and household management (light housekeeping, errands/groceries, laundry) during the day before picking our kids up from daycare. Example of a possible daily schedule: o 2-3:45pm Meal Prep, Laundry & Light Housekeeping; may also include occasional errands o 4pm Daycare pick up walk to/from if weather allows o 4-5pm Playtime park/playground visit if weather allows o 5:30pm Dinner Prep/tidy up o 6pm Family Dinner most nights one or both of us will be home from work. We are offering a competitive hourly rate, commensurate with your experience and qualifications as well as the hours and responsibilities agreed upon. The ideal candidate will have experience in child care and be able to provide a safe and stimulating environment.
