We are a caring family located in Calgary, Alberta, seeking a dedicated nanny to help us with our childcare needs. We have two girls aged 17 months and 3 years old, and we are looking for someone who can support us part-time with our 3 year old who has a speech delay. Our 17 month old will be in a full time daycare centre. Our ideal candidate is nurturing and experienced with toddlers. Experience with children with a speech delay would be appreciated but not required. You would be responsible for providing a safe and loving environment for our little ones while also helping with light housekeeping tasks. This position is live-out and offers flexible hours, making it a great opportunity for the right person. We value open communication and a collaborative spirit to ensure our children thrive. The schedule is different each week as we have a 4 on 4 off schedule, and some weeks we would need childcare 4 days and other weeks 1-2 days; we are able to provide the full years schedule to allow accurate planning. The hours needed would be 7:30am-12:30pm. We are offering $20.00 per hour (negotiable) for your services and are also open to discussing a flat rate which would benefit you on the months where we dont need as much help.
