We are a young family with a cute little toddler named Kipton. So far, a family friend has been helping out, but we''re excited to transition to a professional nanny. Both mom and dad are airline pilots with an erratic schedule. We are relaxed and fun people to work for. You will receive a schedule every month for the following month. Duties will include playing with our son, bringing him to daycare to and from daycare, tidying and cleaning his bedroom and play areas, and preparing food for him. Overnights are needed on occasion, but when they occur, will not be more than 2 nights a week. We will require our nanny to be on call some days, as we ourselves are on call. It is rare for us to be called in. We''re happy to offer benefits, vacation time, stats guaranteed off, and weekends off (with overtime pay if you want to work). We also have a vehicle for you to use while on shift. We''d love to offer our nanny a monthly salary, with bonuses for extra hours worked.
