Seeking a dedicated housekeeper to support and grow with our family for the foreseeable future. Hello, we are a husband-and-wife team, together raising two teens, running a small business, and serving our community. Although we both greatly enjoy homemaking and housekeeping activities, our increasingly demanding schedules leave us little time to do them ourselves. Thats why we are looking for a dedicated housekeeper to support and grow with our family for the foreseeable future. Success Criteria Is this you? The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is conscientious and meticulous, seeking a long-term work arrangement with a caring and considerate family. The ideal candidate finds joy in homemaking and housekeeping activities, takes pride in maintaining a neat and clean environment, and also likes driving and running household errands. The ideal candidate is a safe and experienced driver with a valid G license (a personal car is a bonus, but not required). Key Responsibilities What does this work entail? Driving: Daily morning dropoff and afternoon pickup of our children to and from school, occasional dropoff to or pickup from extracurricular activities Housekeeping: Cleaning & decluttering, laundry & ironing, bed making & linen changing, indoor plant watering & occasional repotting, refilling supplies Food prepping: Washing & cutting fruits & vegetables, meal prepping & light cooking, keeping fridges clean & organized Errand running: Dropoff & pickup dry-cleaning and/or packages, taking the car in for wash & maintenance, etc Office cleaning: Weekly light cleaning of our office downtown (1-minute walk from Osgoode subway station) Seasonal: Occasional snow removal & salting driveway, occasional cleaning outside windows, removing outside cobwebs, etc Arrangement & Compensation What is in it for you?
