Casual Dining Servers (Seasonal, Part-Time) Vacancy: Six (6) Part-time Vacant Positions Donalda Club is a prestigious private club offering world-class facilities and outstanding service to its members and guests. What You''ll be Doing: Delivering friendly, professional food and beverage service Preparing dining areas before service, including table setup, buffet preparation, and restocking condiments Staying knowledgeable about daily specials, menu items, ingredients, and fitness offerings Keeping tables, service stations, glassware, and cutlery clean and polished Accurately entering orders and member information into the JONAS system Handling guest and member concerns with professionalism and care Opening and closing the dining room according to standards Representing Donalda Club with pride by following dress code and service standards Pitching in with other tasks as needed teamwork makes the dream work Blackout dates: Mother''s Day, Father''s Day, Canada day, and Hole-in-one (late October) What We''re Looking for: Completion of High School (Grade 12) & Post-Secondary in Hospitality preferred Minimum 2 years of restaurant or banquet service experience Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of wine service is an asset Experience with P.O.S. systems (JONAS) is an asset Smart Serve Certificate (required) Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Well-groomed, mannerly, and guest-focused What We Offer: Complimentary parking Complimentary staff meals (Meals are a taxable benefit) Training and development opportunities Hourly rate starting at: $17.80 non-tipping environment) Seasonal bonus (upon contract completion) Wellness Spending Account (Upon contract completion) Why You''ll Love Working Here: Be part of a welcoming, community-focused team Work in a beautiful, high-end Club environment Gain experience serving members who appreciate great service and great drinks Opportunities for professional growth and development Vacancy: Six (6) Part-time Vacant Positions Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is$ $19.25 per hour. Additionally, this position qualifies for an end-of-season bonus of $0.50 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
