We are currently looking for aLead Detailer to join our rentals team at Driving Force Fleet Solutions in our Mississauga location. What Moves You: You take pride in your work and strive for flawless outcomes. You work well independently and as part of a tight-knit team. You''re organized, meticulous, and efficient, handling tasks with a high degree of autonomy. What You''ll Do: Ensure all rental vehicles are clean, equipped, and ready for customer pick-up. Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of supplies. Ensure all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are always up to date and readily available to team members. Conduct daily equipment inspections at the start of each day. Complete lockout/tagout procedures for equipment that is unsafe or is not functioning properly. Maintain full compliance with decal procedures. Train staff on the proper use of chemicals and PPE, processes and required documentation. Ensure that the shop is always clean and safe. Properly stage vehicles with all required safety items, including fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, buggy whips, and road flares. What You Bring: Completion of secondary school or equivalent. Previous team leadership experience. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, adept at multitasking. Valid class 5 driver''s license.
