If so, join us Print Services provides scheduled daily client server-based and mainframe print, on demand print projects, and mechanical inserting services to the Government of Alberta customers. Your ability to develop networks will enable you to work with customers to make any necessary changes and address concerns related to their documents. Role Responsibilities Reporting to the Print Services Supervisor, the Inserter Operator will be responsible for all production envelopes inserting in accordance with service level agreements (SLA''s). Print Services is one team working together to ensure products are printed and inserted seamlessly. Responsibilities included but not limited to- Material and machine setup; operating mechanical inserters while performing quality checks. Confirm the final product reconciliation according to established processes prior to releasing material for Canada Post. Excellent time management and prioritizing skills are required to meet daily timelines. Running daily reports, producing electronic statements of mailing, maintaining envelope stock inventory. Utilizing various software applications, including inserting management software. Qualifications A high school diploma with experience in a high-speed envelope inserting production environment and or having mail processing experience. Required Knowledge of Canada Post regulations and rates. This position requires long periods of standing and frequent bending. Repetitive lifts of up to 50 lbs and the ability to push, pull loaded skids and supplies. Based on SLA''s this position at various times throughout the year may require shift work, rotations, overtime including weekends.
