What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience) 7+ years of experience in software product development, preferably within martech or platform-based environments 3+ years leading delivery of API-driven software and services using Agile and Waterfall frameworks 1+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams, with a strong focus on coaching, growth, and performance Advanced project management expertise, including estimation, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation Strong experience using workflow and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder, partner, and client-facing interactions Working knowledge of Git and collaborative Git workflows Ability to validate software functionality through API testing or mobile applications when required What You''ll Do (Skills Used in This Position) Gain deep understanding of the software platform and ecosystem to confidently represent delivery needs, requirements, and solutions Lead delivery of a key product roadmap pillar, partnering closely with technical leads to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness Directly manage engineers and test analysts, fostering growth, engagement, and team performance Own end-to-end project management including estimates, schedules, sprint planning, reporting, risk tracking, post-mortems, and financial accountability Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients on scope, timelines, status, and budget Coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams including architecture, UX, product, QA, infrastructure, and external partners Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies across upstream and downstream teams Champion team processes, delivery frameworks, and continuous improvement practices Advocate for your team by celebrating wins, sharing learnings, and promoting successes across the organization Compensation Information The expected rate for this position is up to $105 CAD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with an anticipated conversion salary up to $140,000 CAD annually upon full-time hire.
