Nanny Position Crafty, Energetic, Structure-Focused Caregiver, for 10 yr old, 2 dogs in 2 storey 1900sq ft home. We are a warm, busy family looking for a loving, energetic, and creative nanny who brings both structure and a nurturing heart to our home. Someone who enjoys crafts, healthy living, and building meaningful connections with kids will thrive in this role. Kicking the soccer ball, throwing the football, playing cards, boardgames and household chores. About the Role Our ideal nanny is organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys engaging with children through activities that build confidence, curiosity, and connection. This role includes both childcare and household support. Weekly Schedule 7:30 AM Arrive and help wake our 10 yr old son Prepare/pack breakfast healthy lunch 8:30 AM School drop-off Break until afternoon shift 2:00 PM Return to walk the dogs and feed lunch Light cleaning / tidying / household organization 3:30 PM School pickup 3:45PM Occasional grocery pickup After-school routine: Prepare and cook healthy dinner (with son helping we encourage involvement) Structured playtime (cards, puzzles, music, crafts, connection-focused activities) Home reading - 20 mins 1 hour max evening TV time Assist with laundry and evening cleanup Assist with vaccuming, floor cleaning and bathroom cleaning Occasional extended hours: Approximately 3 times per month, staying until 12:30 AM until our 19 yr old daughter returns from work. What Were Looking For A nanny who is crafty, fun, and energetic Someone who naturally brings clear structure, routine, and positive guidance A warm, nurturing personality who loves building relationships with kids Comfortable with healthy meal prep Loves dogs and is comfortable caring for them Christian values are a bonus but not required Organized, proactive, and able to manage household tasks independently Flexibility to extend hours if my husband and I would like to go for a datenight or weekend away.
