Nanny & Personal Assistant (Live-Out) Location: West Kelowna (near Frind Winery) About Us: We are a welcoming and busy household in West Kelowna looking for a reliable, nurturing, and proactive nanny/personal assistant to join us long-term. Were expecting a new baby in December 2025, and are hoping to have support start earlier to help manage our home and assist with business-related tasks. Our household also includes friendly pets who are part of the family (a dog and 2 cats). Key Responsibilities: Household Management & Personal Assistance (prior to babys arrival): General home organization and maintenance Meal planning and preparation (healthy, family-style meals) Grocery shopping and running errands Laundry and housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, dishes, closet organization, etc.) Supporting business-related administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, organizing documents, screening calls) Newborn & Family Support (after babys arrival): Assist with newborn care (feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, etc.) Help establish and maintain routines for mom and baby Continue household management and personal assistant tasks to support the family during postpartum Pet Care: Feed, walk, and care for our dog and cat Help maintain a safe and clean environment for pets Qualifications: Experience as a nanny, personal assistant, or in a household support role (experience with newborns preferred but not required) Comfortable with pets and able to provide their daily care Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Valid drivers license and clean driving record Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a criminal record check and caregiver screening Flexibility in schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed Benefits: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Positive and supportive work environment Opportunity to be part of an exciting and growing family journey How to Apply: If youre interested and think youd be a great fit, please send your resume and a cover letter sharing a bit about yourself, your experience, and your availability to We look forward to connecting!
